PRIME LICENSE

Our PRIME license covers (1) one person/entity to use licensed products and is included with all our items. If you purchase any item on the grafikbundles.com site the purchase is automatically covered under this license.

WHAT IS COVERED: 

° Make and sell physical end products (Tote bags, mugs, t-shirts, posters, bedding, and more) including POD sites.

° Make and sell digital designs with fonts (Sayings, quotes, names, phrases and more)

° Use a web font on your website (up to 100k views/month)

° Make new digital products (printable, logos and more) by modifying licensed graphics into new works. (not as is)

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

° Using our designs as-is on any digital product is prohibited.

° Reselling, sharing, or giving away any licensed items.

° You cannot sell our graphics as is and claim as your own.

° You cannot share our graphic files for free even if it is personal use.

Add-on (Extended font license)

° Our font products offer an “Extended font license” for an additional charge which allows you to have unlimited monthly views on fonts.

Our artwork packs come with UNLIMITED COMMERCIAL USE! However to use our artwork commercially we require graphic credit be given to Prettygrafik design including a url that links back to us. The link should be placed on the same page as the product that is being sold or displayed. So you purchase the clipart or paper pack normally without an extra license and you credit us.

COMMERCIAL USE *NO CREDIT REQUIRED*:
If you want to use our artwork commercially and simply do not wish to put our name or link anywhere then you have the option to purchase our NO credit license. The NO credit license gives you the right to use our products but keep it a secret.There is an extra fee for this license for each individual SET). So you need to purchase our clipart or paper pack as well as a no credit license.

WHAT ARE YOU ALLOWED TO DO

PRINTED PRODUCT DESIGNERS
You can use our cliparts for personal or commercial use. You can print pretty much anything you can think of. You can also create PRINTED products at Zazzle, Cafe Press, Etsy or in your own store. Fabric designers see below.

DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKERS
You can use all our graphics for your personal projects. You CANNOT sell any of our artwork in a commercial Scrapbook kit of any kind even it is altered. This includes but is not limited to clipart packs, paper packs, and image collections.

EMBROIDERY DIGITIZERS
You can use our products personally or commercially as long as the file is a digital embroidery file. You may not include any of our original files in your download.

DIGITAL PRODUCT DESIGNERS
You can use our artwork personally or commercially to create digital printable files. Files must be flattened and enough of your own design must be added to make it a unique design. SIMPLE COLLAGE SHEETS are not ALLOWED. Files must be sold as flattened JPEG or PDF files. Do not sell our artwork layered or on white backgrounds as printables. All other digital creations are allowed as long as graphics are flattened and enough of your design is added to make it a new original design. You can only sell digital creations for PERSONAL USE.

DIGITAL (PRINTABLES)
You must add a background or images of your own design along with our art in order for it to be unextractable by the customer. Files must be flattened and enough of your own design must be added to make it a unique design. SIMPLE COLLAGE SHEETS are not ALLOWED. Do not sell our artwork as layered files. Files must be sold as flattened JPEG or PDF files. You cannot simply paste our images on a white page as this allows customers to simply copy and paste in any program and have access to the original art. This also applies to stickers, party printables, planner accessories, and colouring pages.

FABRIC DESIGNERS
There is no quantity limit, however, you must purchase our NO CREDIT LICENSE for every set purchased.

RIBBON DESIGNERS
There is no quantity limit, however, you must purchase our NO CREDIT LICENSE for every set purchased or credit us in your listing.

LOGO AND WEB DESIGNERS
You can use our cliparts for personal or commercial use, to create logo and web designs to sell. For logo design use the cliparts as part of the design not as is. You may not sell graphics as a LOGO unless they are considerably altered. For Website/ Blog templates, banners, headers, footers, buttons, store fronts please make sure the files are flattened at 72 dpi and cannot be extracted.

MOBILE APPS
You can use our cliparts for personal or commercial use, you must credit us with a link or purchase our NO CREDIT LICENSE (see 2 above). You must ensure that our artwork is not extractable. Our art must be part of a design and not sold as is, or be downloadable as an image.

CUTTING FILE DESIGNERS
You can use our cliparts to create LAYERED CUTTING FILES only that requires assembly after cutting. Clipart cannot be simply converted to SVG or other cutting formats and sold as cutting files. Jpeg, AI, EPS, SVG, and PNG format files cannot be shared. Do not include our original art in your packs, you may use them in the preview but they must be flattened and un extractable.

TEACHERS, EDUCATORS
You can use our products personally or commercially (TPT). We require graphic credit to Prettygrafik design as with a clickable link to (https://www.grafikbundles.com/digitalart/) inside your PDF document or wherever you display or sell the file. The files must be flattened, uneditable and unextractable. You cannot share our original graphics for free. If you do not wish to credit us commercially see COMMERCIAL NO CREDIT REQUIRED above.

LIFETIME ACCESS

When purchasing our LIFETIME ACCESS  you have unlimited access to our current and future database of clipart, stamps, cutting files and patterns. The lifetime access has no expiration, however, we cannot be held accountable if the Prettygrafik store where the access was purchased are sold or shut down in the future. 

ONE TIME NO CREDIT LICENSE

When purchasing our ONE TIME LICENSE  you have unlimited no credit licenses applied to any clipart, stamps, cutting files and patterns you purchase. The lifetime access has no expiration, however, we cannot be held accountable if the Prettygrafik store where the access was purchased are sold or shut down in the future.

You cannot use our graphics to create products and sell on a competitor website. For example do not create scrapbooking kits, templates, clipart packs or paper packs and sell on a digital download boutique/store who is a direct competitor of Prettygrafik design.

All Prettygrafik products are copyright PrettyGrafikdesign and cannot be claimed as your own.

*Indemnification clause*
By using our art the customer accepts that Prettygrafik design inc. and it’s artists are indemnified from any lawsuits that might arise from any business activities, which in any way or form relate to products carrying the art sold by Prettygrafik design inc. and it’s owners.

This lifetime access is non-transferable and non-refundable. We reserve the right to terminate any account that is found to be participating in the resale of our graphics in violation of our TOU.Whether reselling in bundles and/or selling and sharing on online groups. The violating accounts will be revoked without warning or refund and the user will be banned from the site.

ALL our packs are digital and are delivered upon reception of the payment. Digital downloads are files that you can access immediately and use on your computer in the creation of projects. You can either access them via an email we sent you or your order page. Digital downloads are NOT tangible products and therefore will not be shipped.

Clipart come in 6×6 inch JPG and transparent PNG files, as well as an editable EPS file for designers and crafters that use Adobe Illustrator.

Digital stamps come in 6×6 inch JPG and transparent PNG files. 

Our digital patterns come in 12×12 inch JPG files

All files are compressed in a Zip folder and need to be unzipped. 

You will need to extract to unzip or open your files. There are many different programs available, we recommend WinZip (for PC users) or StuffIt Expander (for Mac users) if you do not have a program on your computer.

For mac you can simply double click the file and it should open automatically. For PC you can right click the file and choose extract all.

We are sorry you are experiencing problems with your files. Your product probably didn’t download properly. Delete the .zip file from your computer (emptying your recycle bin as well), clear your temporary internet files and try again.

Also, please make sure have the files been extracted or unzipped from the .ZIP? I say this because from a PC you can view files but they are not editable or printable until they are fully unzipped.

If you still experience problems let us know along with any error messages you are encountering.

Each clipart and stamp folder comes with two versions of each clipart image, a JPG and a PNG format. If you have placed your image in your program and it has the white background, then you are using the JPG file. The PNG file will have a transparent background behind your image.

Please sign in to your account if you are not already. Go to MY ACCOUNT and ACCOUNT DETAILS and edit your information. Once you are finished click on the SAVE CHANGES button.

Click on the LOST YOUR PASSWORD under the login  and enter the username or email associated with your account and click reset password. A temporary password will be sent to you within 10 minutes. Follow the link to reset your password.

If you purchased the same product twice, simply email us with your order # and a new alternative product code and we will send it to you by email. You can find the code on the product page next to the image under SKU. For example SKU: CL1085, the code is CL1085.

Due to the nature of digital products no refunds can be offered unless you HAVE NOT downloaded any files to your computer.

Please contact us if you are having trouble downloading, opening your files, are missing content, the files are corrupt or you purchased a duplicate item and it will be our pleasure to help you.
